1. Prepare salsa: Combine ingredients from the tomatoes through the thyme; mix well. Add black pepper to taste.
2. Place seafood steaks on an oiled grill over hot coals. Grill 10 min. per inch of thickness, measured at thickest part, or until just done and center flakes with a fork. Turn steaks once or twice during grilling.
3. Serve with Mediterranean salsa.
