Spectacular seafood... only at Green Hills!
Yellowfin Tuna
The sashimi tuna found in our seafood department is the highest
grade tuna available. To cook, quickly sear on each side, leaving
the middle a vibrant pink color. (The length of searing time will
vary depending on thickness — ask our fishmonger for advice.) When
done properly, your tuna will be very warm while retaining the ideal
texture. Experiment with crushed black pepper or our homemade fruit
salsa.
Swordfish
Just-off-the-boat freshness and quality are reflected in our
swordfish’s flavor. As a Green Hills Signature selection,
your satisfaction is always guaranteed. Easy to prepare, oil each
side to seal in the flavor, top with a simple but flavorful Cajun
rub, then either grill or pan sear. As an added treat, serve it on a
bed of fresh greens accompanied by some of our fresh salsas.
Black Tiger Shrimp
Freshly frozen, our Green Hills Signature Black Tiger
Shrimp are a dramatic addition to a salad or pasta. And served on
ice by themselves with cocktail sauce, our shrimp deliver a taste
like no other.
Freshly Steamed Crab
If you love crabmeat, check out our huge king crab legs. A treat for
the entire family, king crab claws are great as a meal by
themselves, or try them with our Black Angus steak on the side for
an easy surf-'n-turf experience. You won’t be disappointed!
