What you need:

+ 2-4 lb. boneless pork loin roast
+ 3 Tbsp. dill seed
+ 1 Tbsp. fennel seed
+ 1/2 tsp. oregano
+ 1 tsp. lemon pepper
+ 1/4 tsp. onion powder
+ 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
What to do:
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Combine seasonings together and coat roast with mixture.
2. Roast in a shallow pan for 40 min.-1-1/2 hr. ( 20 min. per pound), until internal temperature reads 145°F. Let roast rest 10 min. before slicing to serve.
