Frozen Yogurt Cookie Sandwich

What you need:

+ 3/4 c. butter
+ 3/4 c. brown sugar
+ 1 egg
+ 1 tsp. vanilla
+ 1 c. flour
+ 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
+ 3/4 tsp. baking soda
+ 1/4 tsp. salt
+ 3 c. sweetened granola
+ 1 c. raisins
+ frozen yogurt
What to do:
1. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in egg and vanilla. 2. Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Add to butter mixture, mixing well. Stir in granola and raisins until well-combined.
3. For each cookie, drop two rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto a lightly greased cookie sheet; flatten to 2 1/2 in. Bake at 350° F for 12 min. or until lightly browned. Cool 1 min.; remove from cookie sheet. Cool completely.
4. For each sandwich, place one large scoop frozen yogurt on the bottom of one cookie. Top with second cookie; press gently. Wrap in foil; freeze.
